After-Sales support for our products is available from the DataGroup organisation for a period of 1 year after the purchase of the original product.

If you are experiencing problems with any of our products then you can contact our Technical Support for help.

Technical support is offered Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CET).

When you submit your Technical Support request report it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes.  Periodically we will post notices regarding service requests reported by our clients in the Known Issues section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

  • In World Market Research Reports the data for certain countries may not be included. This is because the forecasting software has determined that the data for these countries are not statistically safe for reasons of market, financial or political volatility and/or small population size and/or the limited statistical sample size. Clients wishing this data may request it as an After-Sales Service, and the data will be supplied with a rider which qualifies its statistically reliability.
    The countries which are prone to this problem are:
     

  • In certain Market Research Reports the data for certain product and/or market sectors may not be included. This is because the forecasting software has determined that the data for these sectors are not statistically safe for reasons of the particular product or market situation. This is frequently the case where a market has some national peculiarity or differentiation which make the product or market sector unquantifiable. Clients wishing this data may request it as an After-Sales Service, and the data will be supplied with a rider which qualifies its statistically reliability.
