After-Sales requests are treated confidentially and form part of our product service.

After-Sales support for our products is available from the DataGroup organisation for a period of 1 year after the purchase of the original product.

If you require any After-Sales services for our products, please fill out and submit the service request form found in your database.

Before making an After-Sales Services request clients should view the Known Issues, the FAQ pages and consult the Support Forum.

Our Technical Support staff will be able to assist client experiencing product problems.

Technical support is offered Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CET).
